Norwegian foreign minister to visit Ukraine on Sept. 4-6

Ukrinform learnt this from the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

According to the report, the purpose of the visit of the Norwegian foreign minister is further development of the Ukrainian-Norwegian cooperation in full accordance with relations of the level of interstate partnership.

Within the framework of the visit, the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Norway plan to hold talks, during which a particular attention will be paid to the development of a political dialogue, strengthening of the positive dynamics of trade and economic relations, attraction of Norwegian investments, as well as effective implementation of the Norwegian government's assistance projects in carrying out reforms in Ukraine.

In addition, the ministers will pay attention to deepening cooperation to counter threats in Europe, including ways to resolve the conflict in Donbas caused by Russian aggression, the Foreign Ministry said.
