Political directors of the "Normandy Four" plan to hold a meeting in September.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said this to journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"In September, there will be another meeting of political directors to discuss a concept of peacemaking," he said.
According to Klimkin, the issue is still being discussed whether it is necessary to organize immediately a meeting at the ministerial level.
At the same time, the minister adds that there is also a proposal to hold this meeting within the framework of the UN General Assembly.
According to the government official, the most important issues discussed among partners in the "Normandy format" include security, the release of hostages and political prisoners and the deployment of a peacekeeping mission.
