U.S. Department of State calls on Russia to withdraw troops from Ukraine

"The OSCE SMM conflict monitors spotted four new Russian electronic warfare systems in eastern Ukraine – more evidence Russia’s military is orchestrating the conflict in Donbas. Russia must fully implement the Minsk agreements and pull its forces out of Ukraine," Spokesperson of the U.S. Department of State Heather Nauert wrote on Twitter.

As reported, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker stated that, according to the Minsk agreements, Russia must provide access for the OSCE mission to the uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian border in Donbas.
