Poroshenko dismisses Chernihiv Regional Administration head

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Valery Kulich as head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
The text of the relevant decree has been posted on the president’s website.
"To dismiss Valery Kulich from the post of head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration in line with his letter of resignation,” reads the document.
