Poroshenko congratulates Erdogan on re-election as Turkish president

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has congratulated Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his reelection as president of Turkey.
"I congratulate Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his reelection as president of Turkey. I am sure that people's trust and new powers of authority will open additional ways for the further development of Turkey and the well-being of the Turkish people," Poroshenko wrote on Twitter.
He also noted that Ukraine intended to continue developing the Ukrainian-Turkish strategic partnership and deepening cooperation.
As reported, on June 24, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan won the majority of votes in early presidential election.
