Pompeo tells about his last trip to Donbas

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says he visited Donbas when he was the director of the American Central Intelligence Agency.
Pompeo said this at the hearings of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the United States House of Representatives, the Voice of America reports.
"The last trip that I made at my previous position [the CIA director] to Ukraine was the visit to Donbas, where I saw what challenges Ukraine and its people faced. Everything is very serious. Russians annexed one-fifth of their country. We must never forget that it happened," Pompeo said.
