Groysman: Local authorities responsible for local road repair

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says that local authorities bear full responsibility for local road repair, as they have enough resources to carry out such work.
He stated this at a government meeting on May 23, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Under the conditions of financial decentralization, resources are available locally. The regional state administrations have enough resources to start a large-scale and high-quality repair," Groysman said.
At the same time, he stressed that there should be checks for the quality of road repair and efficient use of resources.
