Polish Foreign Ministry: Crimean Bridge is another Russia’s violation of international law

Opening of the so-called Crimean Bridge by Russia against the will of Ukraine and international organizations is another violation of international law. These actions contradict the statements of the Russian Federation regarding the desire for peaceful resolution of the conflict with Ukraine.
"The construction of the so-called Crimean Bridge by the Russian Federation without the consent of the Ukrainian side and contrary to the position of the UN General Assembly is another obvious violation of the principles of international law," reads the statement of the Polish Foreign Ministry in response to the information request of Ukrinform.
"These actions also contradict the repeated assurances from the representatives of the Russian administration that they want a peaceful solution to the conflict with Ukraine," the Polish ministry notes.
Poland calls on the Russian side to refrain from further violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity and independence.
