Russia plays a destabilizing role in Ukraine, Georgia and Syria.

Spokesperson of the U.S. Department of State Heather Nauert reported this on Twitter.

"#NATO more relevant than any time since Cold War. Today, we focused on #Russia's continued aggression and ability to threaten, coerce, undermine, and invade its neighbors. Plays destabilizing role in #Ukraine, #Georgia, and #Syria. NATO is a defensive alliance in face of threat," she said.

She adds that NATO will not return to the "business as usual" relations with Russia until it starts implementing the Minsk agreements.

"Sec. Pompeo and NATO Foreign Ministers reaffirm: #NATO will not return to business as usual with #Russia until Russia fulfills its commitments under the Minsk agreements, withdraws forces and support for proxies in #Donbas, and returns control of #Crimea to #Ukraine," Nauert said.
