Ukrainian president, British prime minister discuss deployment of UN peacekeepers in Donbas

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Theresa May discussed the deployment of a UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas.

The meeting was held within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, the press service of the Head of State reported.

"The interlocutors also discussed the deployment of a UN peacekeeping mission in the occupied part of Donbas," the statement reads.

The President thanked for the continuation of the training mission for the Ukrainian military in the framework of the Operation ORBITAL.

Petro Poroshenko invited Theresa May to visit Ukraine.

On February 16-17, the Ukrainian delegation led by President Petro Poroshenko is on a working visit to Germany, where it takes part in the 54th Munich Security Conference.
