Volker assures that the U.S. will help stop fighting in Donbas

The United States of America is ready to help cease hostilities in Donbas, but Russia has to choose peace.
Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker stated this on his Twitter page on Tuesday, February 13.
"Yesterday was the anniversary of the signing of the Minsk Package of Measures - three years later there is still a hot war. The U.S. is ready to help end the fighting, but Russia has to choose peace," he tweeted.
As Ukrinform reported, on the occasion of the third anniversary of the signing of the Minsk agreements, the United States accused Moscow of failing to fulfill its obligations, vowing to continue sanctions against Russia until it fully implemented the agreements.
