The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has called on the Ukrainian government to take next step towards establishing an Anti-Corruption Court in line with Venice Commission recommendations.

“Looking forward to Ukraine’s next steps towards establishing an Anti-Corruption Court in line with Venice Commission recommendation,” the embassy reported on Twitter.

As earlier reported, President Petro Poroshenko stated on December 7 that he would submit for parliament’s consideration his draft law on an anti-corruption court unless the MPs provide this document by the beginning of the next week.
