Space industries of Ukraine and Canada have potential for cooperation
Chairman of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Pavlo Dehtiarenko said this in an interview with Ukrinform.
He had a conversation with President of the Canadian Space Agency Sylvain Laporte, during which they discussed the ways to expand our cooperation.
"We talked about an academic cooperation in a variety of space research, in particular, the solar and terrestrial interactions, the physics of the Sun and the planets, as well as research related to the colonization of the Moon and the planets of the Solar System," Dehtiarenko said.
According to him, the creation of a joint missile complex can become another promising area.
As reported, Ukraine and Canada recently signed a memorandum of understanding, which defines the legal framework for cooperation between the countries in the rocket and space industry.
