"The head of the Ukrainian state congratulated the president of Slovenia on a convincing victory in presidential elections and expressed hope for continuing a fruitful bilateral dialogue," the report says.
It notes that the leaders of both countries expressed their satisfaction with the implementation of joint agreements on the resumption of direct flights between Kyiv and Ljubljana, which will promote the development of human contacts.
The presidents also coordinated their positions ahead of the fifth Eastern Partnership summit to be held in Brussels on November 24.
As reported, Pahor was re-elected for a second term as Slovenian president following the November 12 elections.
