President Poroshenko: Economic growth is Ukraine’s main achievement on its path of reforms

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko says that the Ukrainian economy shows a tendency towards economic growth, which is one of the country’s main achievements on its path of reforms.
In a post on his Facebook page, President Poroshenko wrote: “No country in the world has managed to move simultaneously in two directions: to oppose external aggression and implement reforms. Ukraine does this every day. We have already managed to create a basis and embarked on the path of development. And now the Ukrainian economy shows a tendency towards growth. This is one of our main achievements on the path of reforms”.
Also, a video posted on the president’s Facebook page shows key current economic figures: Ukraine’s GDP growth over the six months of 2017 was recorded at 2.5% and inflation rate over the nine months of 2017 - at 10.2%.
