Law on judicial reform sent to Poroshenko for signature

The law on Amendments to the Economic Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine and other Legislative Acts was sent to President Petro Poroshenko for signature, according to a report posted on the Verkhovna Rada’s website.

On October 30, this law was signed by Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy, and on the same day it was sent to President Petro Poroshenko for signature.

As Ukrinform earlier reported, on October 3, Ukrainian lawmakers adopted the bill on Amendments to the Economic Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine and other Legislative Acts, which are included in the package of judicial reform. The consideration of the bill lasted for seven plenary days, as 4,383 amendments to the document had been submitted.
