Myroslav Prodan: Fiscal Service interested in implementing world standards

The State Fiscal Service is interested in implementing global practices to improve administrative processes and ensure that the Ukrainian tax and customs services are brought in line with the European standards.

“We are interested in attracting world best practices, which can be adjusted to the Ukrainian needs, which will accelerate the improvement of administrative processes and bring tax and customs services to European standards," acting Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Myroslav Prodan said during a meeting with representatives of government organizations of the Republic of Lithuania and experts from the European Union, the press service of the State Fiscal Service reports.

In particular, he noted the successful cooperation on many projects with representatives of the Republic of Lithuania.

"The experience of the Republic of Lithuania is of special interest for us, taking into account problems, historical and mental aspects that are similar for our states. We feel the support and appreciate the help of our colleagues," said Prodan.
