Volker to meet with Surkov in Belgrade on October 7

United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and Vladislav Surkov, an advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, will meet in Belgrade on October 7 to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
“Will meet Russian counterpart Oct 7 in Belgrade to discuss how to catalyze Minsk implementation and restore Ukraine's territorial integrity,” Volker wrote on Twitter.
As earlier reported, the previous meeting of the U.S. Special Representative and the Russian president’s advisor took place in Minsk on August 21. It was held in behind closed doors.
