OSCE coordinator of humanitarian subgroup Tony Frisch intends to visit Luhansk region

Ukraine and the OSCE insist that, among other illegally detained persons, Mr. Frisch has the opportunity to visit Vladyslav Ovcharenko and Denys Sekatsky, so that the OSCE representative can find out whether violence and torture were used against the hostages. And the issue of identifying the whereabouts of journalist Stanislav Aseev is acute," Olifer said.
