MH17: Ukraine to sign memoranda on establishment of tribunal with four countries

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft memoranda of understanding between the governments of Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine on political and financial support for the prosecution of those responsible for MH17 crash on July 17, 2014.

The Cabinet approved the corresponding decision at the meeting on September 20, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

As the First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko emphasized, signing these memoranda will allow establishing in the judicial system of the Netherlands a tribunal to continue to investigate the MH17 crash.

According to him, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin will be able to sign the memoranda with his colleagues from the indicated countries in New York, where he is on a working visit now.
