High Council of Justice dismisses chairman of High Administrative Court

Ukraine’s High Council of Justice has dismissed Chairman of the High Administrative Court, Oleksandr Nechytailo.
The relevant decision was approved at a council’s sitting on Tuesday, Press Secretary of the High Council of Justice, Oleksandra Lysenko, reported.
“The High Council of Justice has dismissed Chairman of the High Administrative Court, Oleksandr Nechytailo,” she wrote on Facebook.
In addition, Lysenko informed that the High Council of Justice rejected the nomination of three candidates for the posts of judges in three Kyiv districts courts.
