Legislation giving an opportunity to raise pensions for servicemen will be developed after the Parliament adopts the pension reform.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this during a government meeting, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Pensions of servicemen are unfair today. Therefore, after the adoption of the decision [on pension reform] by the Parliament in September, we have the opportunity to develop new legislation to provide pensions for servicemen," Groysman said.

According to the head of the government, such decision has been "politically and technologically" accepted, the President supported it.

At the same time, a decision has been adopted at the government meeting that changes approaches to the provision of money for servicemen. The government proposes to increase social protection and social justice for servicemen.
