President Poroshenko: New US sanctions against Russia show unanimous support for Ukraine

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko says that a new package of US sanctions against the Russian Federation shows the united and unanimous support for Ukraine.
In a post on his Facebook page, President Poroshenko wrote: “I appreciate the adoption of a new package of sanctions against Russia by the US Congress. It is a decisive signal of the united and unanimous support for Ukraine by the US parliament. I believe in the unchanged position of the United States on the issue of fair and imminent punishment of the aggressor!”
As earlier reported, the US Senate overwhelmingly approved a new package of sanctions on Russia, Iran, and the North Korea.
