Ukrainian issue to remain a priority during Italy’s OSCE chairmanship – Italian Foreign Ministry

The Ukrainian issue will remain a priority during the upcoming Italian chairmanship in the OSCE.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Angelino Alfano said this at the meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.

"Angelino Alfano assured that the Ukrainian issue would remain a priority during the upcoming Italian chairmanship in the OSCE," the statement reads.

During the talks, the sides discussed cooperation in the political, economic, energy, cultural and humanitarian fields. The ministers also agreed to intensify the dialogue between Ukraine and Italy and agreed on a number of international issues.
