A new format of the military operation in Donbas should provide for the opportunity to conduct these operations without violating democratic procedures.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy said this at a press conference on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"When we discuss this bill, in fact, we propose to adopt a new format that would give the possibility of conducting military operations without violating democratic procedures," the speaker said.
According to him, the possibility of creating a single operational headquarters as a single security control center in the occupied and front-line territories is being discussed. But this idea is still under discussion, Parubiy emphasized.
