"The sides noted the importance of full implementation of the Minsk agreements, particularly with regard to security. The EU Commissioner confirmed the immutability of the European Union policy regarding non-recognition of the occupation of Crimea by the Russian Federation and the sanction regime against the Russian Federation until the full implementation of the Minsk agreements," the report said.
In his turn, the European Commissioner assured that the EU remained a reliable partner of Ukraine and would continue to provide the necessary support in the context of counteracting aggression and implementing domestic reforms.
