Russia annually spends $6 billion on the military campaign in Donbas.
Mykhailo Pashkov, the co-director of the foreign policy and international security programs of the Razumkov Center, said this on the air of TV Channel 5.
"Taking into account data provided by the National Security and Defense Council, the military expenses for Donbas include about $3 billion for social support of these "republics" and $3 billion for military operations. In total, it is $6 billion per year," he said.
According to Pashkov, over the past year the reserve fund of the Russian Federation decreased fourfold.
"The National Reserve Fund decreased fourfold over the past year. Today it is $16 billion," the expert said.
