President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this on the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Crimean Tatar People's Genocide, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The forcible deportation has become one of the most criminal and shameful operations of the totalitarian communist regime of the Soviet Union. Deportation is a crime without a statute of limitations. And the criminals, who cold-bloodedly planned the genocide, do not have the right to be forgiven," he said.
