Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this during a meeting with Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman in Jerusalem, the Government’s portal reports.
"Ukraine is interested in developing mutually beneficial cooperation with Israel in the military and technical sectors," Groysman said.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister informed the Israeli side about the situation in Donbas, in particular about the latest shelling by the pro-Russian militants of Avdiivka, as a result of which civilians died.
He called on the Israeli Government to extend assistance to Ukraine that is needed to cover the requirements of the country's security and defense sectors.
According to Groysman, Kyiv is interested in Israel's experience of medical treatment and rehabilitation of people who took part in hostilities.
