President signs decree on Ukraine's accession to International Convention on Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems

President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on Ukraine's accession to the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships.
The corresponding document is posted on the website of the Head of State.
"To join the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ship signed on October 5, 2001 in London in order to ensure conditions for reducing pollution of the marine environment," the document says.
