Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister: Russia seeking to disrupt ‘Normandy format’ meeting in Paris

Russia refuses to participate in the planned meeting of the "Normandy Four" at the level of the deputy foreign ministers in Paris, but the participants in the format still intend to hold a meeting.
First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko said this on the sidelines of the meeting of the Global Coalition to Counter ISIS in Washington on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He noted that he had discussed this issue with representatives of the foreign ministries of France and Germany. When asked whether the “Normandy format” meeting would be delayed because of Russia’s absence, the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister said: "No, I think we will hold the meeting."
