Myroslav Prodan: State Fiscal Service operates as usual

Acting Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Myroslav Prodan wrote this on his Facebook page.

“The staff of the Fiscal Service, the staff of the central office and of all regional offices the Fiscal Service, continue to work and fulfill their duties,” said Prodan.

The Fiscal Service informs that all departments and structural subdivisions of the service work as usual, ensuring the undisturbed operation of all services.

As earlier reported,  Head of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov was arrested in Feofania, near Kyiv, in the evening on March 2. He is suspected of abuse of office and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of over UAH 2 billion. On March 3, Roman Nasirov was removed from office.

On March 3, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Myroslav Prodan as acting Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
