German foreign minister calls on parties to the conflict in Donbas to implement agreements

"Those, who promised something on Saturday and did not keep a promise two days later, are responsible for the fact that the process becomes worthless," reads a statement.

The minister made an urgent appeal to both parties to immediately begin the implementation of the agreements, "otherwise we run the risk of increasing military escalation with many civilian casualties and the dead-locked situation in the political process."
