Rashkovan appointed Ukraine’s representative to IMF

Ex-deputy chairman of the National Bank Vladyslav Rashkovan has been appointed as Deputy Executive Director of Ukraine to the International Monetary Fund.
Rashkovan will start working at the IMF headquarters in Washington on February 27, 2017, NBU’s press service reported on Facebook.
The tenure of the deputy executive director at the IMF is four years. The decision on appointment to a post is made by the heads of regional groups of countries that are IMF members led by Belgium and the Netherlands. This group includes 15 countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine, Croatia, and Montenegro).
