Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin is very skeptical about the prospects to reach a joint vision with the Russian side regarding the roadmap to resolve the situation in the east during tomorrow's meeting of "Normandy Four" foreign ministers in Minsk.

He said this at a joint press conference with Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden Margot Wallstrom, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"I do not see the possibility of reaching an agreement with the Russian side regarding the most important issues of the roadmap since our common vision with the German and French colleagues is that first it is necessary to reach a minimum package of conditions related to the security sector in order to finally move towards such steps as a real preparation for future fair elections," Klimkin said.
