Odesa regional police chief resigns

Odesa regional police chief General Giorgi Lortkipanidze has submitted a letter of resignation.
He wrote this on his Facebook page.
"It was a great honor for me to work as Odesa region police chief. Everything in life has a logical beginning, continuation and end. After a year and a half since my appointment as chief of Odesa police, I’ve decided to leave the position,” Lortkipanidze stated.
