Speaker Parubiy praises cooperation of Government with Parliament

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy stated this when speaking at a panel discussion “Parliaments and comprehensive democratic reform”, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The fact that this year's draft budget was submitted within the time allowed by the law, that the prime minister held meetings with all factions, explained principles and logic of developing a budget for the next year =all these clearly show that the cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers today is at a very high level,” Parubiy said.

"The Verkhovna Rada, as supreme legislative body of the state, not only works efficiently, but also becomes a legislator of reforms in various areas of development of the state,” the speaker stressed.
