Groysman, EU Commissioner for Trade discuss deepening of bilateral trade cooperation

On Thursday, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman held a meeting with EU Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström, during which the parties discussed a deepening of bilateral trade cooperation.
This has been reported by Government’s portal.
"EU Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström informed about the decision of the European Commission to improve access to the European market of some positions of Ukrainian goods in addition to a deep and comprehensive free trade area for three years. The proposal of the European Commission has to be adopted by the European Parliament and the EU member states," reads a statement.
It is noted that the parties agreed to hold a joint meeting with the business representatives during the meeting of the Association Council between Ukraine and the EU in Brussels on December 19.
