Regional Development Ministry starts evaluating work productivity of its employees

The Regional Development, Construction and Utilities Services Ministry, first among other ministries, has begun implementing the system of employee productivity evaluation, according to the government's official website.
“Two key performance indicators (KPI) will be set for each two employees. These will be work planning and evaluation of plans and tasks. Employees were informed about this at a joint extended meeting in the office of Vice Prime Minister, Regional Development, Construction and Utilities Services Henadiy Zubko,” reads a report.
Also, due to the putting into operation of the performance evaluation system, the system of additional payments will be also launched.
