Minsk agreements must be implemented as soon as possible – Hollande

French President Francois Hollande states that the Minsk agreements must be implemented as soon as possible.
The French President said this after a telephone conversation with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Embassy of France in Ukraine reported.
"According to the obligations accepted by the parties, the Minsk agreements must be respected and implemented as soon as possible," reads a statement.
The French President reaffirmed France's consistent position regarding illegal annexation of Crimea. Leaders of Germany and France promised to comprehensively facilitate de-escalation and expressed willingness to work together to settle the situation.
