Kyiv district court rules to arrest former MP Yefremov for 60 days

Kyiv Pechersk District Court has approved the request made by Ukrainian Prosecutor General and arrested former member of the Party of Regions group in the Verhavna Rada Oleksandr Yefremov until 28 September 2016, press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larysa Sarhan has written on her Facebook.
"Kyiv Pechersk District Court has arrested former MP Oleksandr Yefremov, the Party of Regions group, for 60 days until 28 September, 2016. Judge Volodymyr Karaban announced the ruling:" The request [to arrest Yefremov] is to be carried out," she wrote.
