A meeting to resolve situation in Donbas has begun in Minsk, Belarus, Ukrainian envoy who is former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma’s spokeswoman Darka Olifer has written on Facebook.
She also wrote that Kuchma participates in the work of the group via Skype.
