New head of EU Delegation to Ukraine appointed

Hugues Mingarelli is appointed new head of EU Delegation to Ukraine, EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini announced 17 Heads of EU Delegations, according to the official press release published on website of the European foreign service.
"Hugues Mingarelli is appointed Head of EU Delegation to Ukraine. He is currently serving as Senior Adviser on Global Strategy and European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) Review Implementation within the EEAS," the report has said.
However, the current Head of EU Delegation to Ukraine Ian Tombinski has been appointed Head of EU Delegation to the Holy See, the UN organizations in Rome and the Republic of San Marino.
