VR begins session, Prime Minister and Prosecutor General attending session

The Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy has opened the plenary session of the Ukrainian parliament.
A total of 288 MPs have registered in the system, Ukrinform has reported.
The government minsters and Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko are attending the session at the legislature.
