Poroshenko, Aliyev demonstrate unity on annexation of Crimea and status quo of Nagorno-Karabakh

Ukraine emphasizes categorical unacceptability of maintaining a status quo of Nagorno-Karabakh, while Azerbaijan confirms it does not recognize the annexation of Crimea and supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this during a joint press conference with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Of course, our talks have been focused on the main issue for our countries, namely the mutual support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of our states. Ukraine emphasizes categorical unacceptability of maintaining a status quo of Nagorno-Karabakh and praises the firm stance of Azerbaijan on the non-recognition of annexation of Crimea and support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders," Poroshenko said.
