Ukraine government appoints deputy minister of economy in charge of defense sector

Ukrainian government has appointed Yury Brovchenko deputy minister in charge of economy for defense sector at the Ministry Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the press service of the Ministry reports.
"The government has decided to appoint Yury Brovchenko deputy minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. He will be responsible for the issues in defense sector at the Ministry of Economy," a statement said.
The ministry officials say that Brovchenko will deal with the reform of the state defense order, in particular, making uniform procedures for accounts settlement and standardized approaches to pricing of products and services for defense purposes.
