New agency on preventing financial crimes to be formed at State Financial Monitoring Service

A new agency to prevent financial crimes will be created at the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.
First Vice Prime Minister, Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv said this at a sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday.
“We will create an agency to prevent financial crimes [that will operate] under the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine,” Kubiv said, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The vice premier also added that the tax police would be liquidated.
