The Kremlin destroys Crimean Tatars again in "imperial" metastases - Turchynov

The Kremlin is doing everything to destroy the national consciousness of the Crimean Tatars by employing its flimsy accusation , NSDC Secretary of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said in his address to mark the 72th anniversary of deportation of the Crimean Tatars.

"Today, after 72 years history repeats itself. Putin does not even try to invent a new script. Again flimsy charges, searches, intimidation, bans ... the Kremlin in its metastases of imperial ambitions annexed the [Crimean] peninsula and is doing everything to destroy the national consciousness, historical memory, cultural traditions and dignity of the Crimean Tatars," said Turchynov.

But as Turchynov noted the entire civilized world has condemned the actions of the Putin’s regime, and "Jamala’s voice have brought home this truth from the stage of Eurovision to millions of viewers around the world."

"Rugged brutal force will never defeat righteousness and justice! The aggressor will not break the spirit of the Crimean Tatar people! Crimea is Ukraine", the Secretary of National Defense and Security Council stated.
