Rada passes law on transparent state procurement for defense sector

The Ukrainian lawmakers have approved the law on specifics of carrying out procurement of goods, works and services for the defense needs of Ukraine.
A total of 294 MPs voted in favor of this law on Thursday, May 12, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The adopted law envisages the specifics of carrying out procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of the defense sector during the special period, during the conduct of anti-terrorist operation and during the continuance of state of emergency.
