FM Klimkin travels to Berlin to attend meeting of Normandy format foreign ministers

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has departed for Berlin, Germany, to participate in a meeting of foreign ministers in Normandy format, the head diplomat has twitted.
"I’m traveling to Berlin. I’m ready for constructive talks, but security and real freedom of elections in Donbas are not subject to compromise," the minister noted.
He added that Donbas requires genuine elections, and not just another farce. "It is possible [to hold elections there], if security is guaranteed for citizens, participants in elections, for the region," said Klimkin.
